At Pori Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and ensure it is safely tucked inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
